Water Beads – Sensory Play 0 247

Sensory Play

We love these sensory play water beads! These water beads are perfect for hours of fun with the kids. They are a fantastic stimulation for touch. In fact, we enjoyed handling them and joining in on the play. Place them in a large bowl, long and shallow tote – or even the bathtub and let your child play! They are also great to put in a vase and keep your flowers hydrated!

The water beads come as very small pellets. To get them to grow to 1/2 inch, simply soak the little beads in water and watch them grow. They will need to soak in water for a couple hours to reach full size. Try using a large mixing bowl filled with water to soak them. These are nontoxic and a great sensory activity for toddlers.
